Most memorable moment - making my debut for the Cheetahs in the EPCR, playing against Exeter Chiefs and playing against Henry Slade.
Just listening to my favorite music and Gospel music before I go out for warm-up.
My biggest inspiration when I was young was all my rugby heroes, but the day my son was born everything changed; my wife and son are my motivation to give them everything they deserve and more.
I think the biggest challenging moment for me is not being picked in the 23-man squad; mentally, you have to be strong and not fall into a hole. You have to know that your moment will come, and you have to be ready.
My hobby is to relax and play some online video games with friends.
Activities I love are taking my son to play in parks and playing with him, and seeing the joy on his face.
Advice I would give to younger players is that the road to becoming a professional rugby player is not easy, and there are going to be a lot of obstacles along the road, but you need to trust in the Lord and in the Gifts He has given you to play this wonderful sport, and you always need to give your best not only when people are watching you but also when no one is watching you.
My rugby legend has to be Jean De Villiers; I loved his playing style, and also he is a born leader. He is the reason I wanted to become a center as well.
